What happened to Whalom Park??
Whalom Park closed after the 2000 season, and remained closed. The rides were sold as was anything not permanantly fixed to the ground. In 2006 the property was purchased by Global Development Corp. A multi-million dollar, 240 unit 'gated' condominium complex is planned for the property, to be named "Emerald Estates".

You will never forget it.
Relive the rides, games and entertainment
that Whalom Park provided it's patrons for over 100 years + video of the park at night with lights and sounds!
Whalom Park ceased to exist in October, 2006 when the entire park was destroyed by tractors that tore down buildings, games, center stage, concession stands, roller-rink and finally the Comet Roller-Coaster.

A note from the director of "Whalom Park ~ For A Whale of a Time"
Since producing the dvd on Whalom Park, (of which hundreds of orders from all over the country) I have also received hundreds of calls, emails, and folks stopping by to share their thoughts and memories of the wonderful times they had at the park. First loves, first dates, first jobs - so many stories, so many memories...
I am planning a new film which will incorporate many of these stories for all to share. If you might like to be included in this new DVD, please email us with your memory of Whalom Park. Or if you have any photos, video, etc. we will be happy to consider all.
Thank you to everyone who has shared their stories with us, and purchased a DVD.
HAPPY NEW YEAR - 2008! Good things are yet to happen. Paul L'Ecuyer
