Drawbridge Puppet Theater hosts Riverfront Children’s Theatre for an evening “Improv Comedy Workshop” on Saturday, November 11 from 6:30 to 8 pm at 1335 Massachusetts Ave., Lunenburg. Children age 8 to teen years (and members of their families, if desired!) are invited to create original characters in a unique and entertaining program which includes props, costumes, and musical instruments. Instructors include RCT Artistic Director Sally Cragin and area vocal artist Jeff Van Amburgh (Audiojournal, Stratton Players). The cost is $5 per participant, or $10 per family, payable by cash or check at the door (this includes complimentary refreshments and goodie bag).   Subsequent improv workshops will be scheduled for December and January. Riverfront Children’s Theatre is a non-profit organization partnered with the United Neighbors of Fitchburg. “We make theatre FOR children, WITH children.” Enrollment is limited, call 978-582-1578 to reserve.
